**Returns**

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any unused and unopened items purchased from us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

**How to Return an Item**

1. **Contact Us**: Before sending any items back, please contact our customer service team at info@dusadei.com or 404.590.1120 to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. **Package Your Return**: Securely pack the items in the original packaging. Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

3. **Ship the Package**: Send your return package using a trackable and insured shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or incorrect item).

**Refunds**

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment afer we have inspected the returned item and confirmed that it meets our return conditions. Please allow up to four business days from when we receive the item for your account to be credited. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in case where we have made a shipping error. 

**Exchanges**

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as described above, noting on the RMA that it is an exchange. The replacement item will be shipped to you after we receive and process the returned item.
